Resilient Retreats are made for anyone who is curious about the body, how it moves in space, how it moves through the world, how it moves in community and how it communicates glee. Inertia, locomotion, flow, how do we play and more importantly, how do we best set our bodies up to keep on playing as we age?

We are explorers, space creators, musicians of muscles and interested in romancing gravity while planting seeds of stability with you on these curated adventures.

"Kira, Claire and Kellie are superb instructors: engaging, supportive, and very knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job of planning the retreat, taking into consideration classes, logistics. and vibe. The two movement sessions each day were challenging but not  daunting, and in between classes there was a perfect balance of scheduled and free time, group time and private time. Our lodging in a private compound was comfortable and a healthy mix of communal and personal spaces. Meals, catered by Maui-based  personal chef Hillary Barsby were visually beautiful and incredibly delicious. Eating them on the patio accompanied by conversation and laughter with amazing people made the experience even more delightful. Start to finish, it was an incredible time."
